It's literally the best backroom game that I've never seen. I play ETB since its beginning (Aug 2022), so I can assure you that this game is improving over time with new features, and this game also has a very good community.

Escape the backrooms is one of those games on which it is built for both just a singleplayer and a multiplayer experience. I personally experienced it in a multiplayer with some friends I had known for a long time. The game was great, and I really enjoyed all the ideas and concepts behind it all. No matter if you plan to play this game just alone by yourself or with others you may know around you, it will always be a fun experience, with very few bugs which might occur when you're playing. The game really is an experience to have, no matter how much you might die or how much you might get lost you will usually have fun doing so with friends. It truly is an experience that you just cannot replicate with these types of games. The proximity voice chat, the level design, the danger, everything just ties in so well together that you really do enjoy it to the fullest. My only complaints about the game is the fact that the updates it does get (one of which happened a few weeks after the firs...

Very thorough and well thought-out game! So much detail and care put into it! And excellent multiplayer, too! Though the mics in multiplayer could do with more settings, as they're currently very quiet, it's worth it for proximity chat. And no matter what all of your other settings are set at, even if they're on low or medium, make sure that "texture quality" is on Ultra, it doesn't slow down my pc at all and is well worth it. Great game, great buy! t's the quality of an AAA game at least!

Fun game, especially when trolling with friends on hardcore/hard mode

Totally recommend this game. The first few levels do feel like a walking simulator, but the others are absolutely AMAZING! The Graphics are also amazing and support older/weaker devices. Would 100% buy again!

This is the best Backrooms co-op game on Steam, but you gotta go in knowing that this has the entities (threat of death), so if you prefer pure exploration w/ no monsters, I personally don't know any other Backrooms game that does that besides POOLS.
