This is a wonderful gem of a board game and well implemented. The only thing I would wish for is ability to specify the extra options in the rule book when starting a game. Would also like to see an extra set of portraits to help liven up the game in variety a bit. Other then that, it is fairly faithful to the board game. Based on RND you are assigned a sex, class, background goal, and alignment goal. The aim is to collect and assign dice to your attributes to meet scoring goals while collecting various cards that provide actions, advantages, or additional end game scoring. Using some cards will affect your alignment which can grant you additional score points or penalties. Your background will highlight some stat boxes on your class sheet for you to fill out with specific dice color to achieve additional scoring. At the beginning of the game, each player is assigned a random RPG class, alignment and a backstory. Through a series of puzzle-like dice manipulations, a player optimizes their character's attributes and attempts to maximize their alignment and backstory points. Earned gold is used to purchase various skills, traits, weapons and armor in the market phase of each turn. The game ends with a fully created character sheet of an RPG character and the player whose character has the most reputation points wins the game. The best character sheets are stored in the Hall of Heroes.

Great game, I own the physical board game as well and this does an awesome job of being that game in digital form. The expansions are amazing so I hope DLC comes to this one but the base game is great as well. The games are quick, fun and easy to understand but not so simple that it leaves little room for strategy. You can obtain victory through many forms of strategic mechanics in the game. With all the options to victory and with AI as well as players its a good time.
