As someone who absolutely adores Hypnospace, a spin-off focused on probably its funniest and most iconic side character seemed right up my alley, and the fact that this still manages to harness the spirit of the 90s, now in the form a boomer shooter instead of a fictional internet simulator is all too fitting. Ultimately, this really isn't going to blow you away if you have played one of the granddaddies of shooters like Doom, Duke Nukem, or Quake, but it still is a perfectly serviceable little FPS game with tons of secrets and replay value that looks scarily similar to the games of yesteryear. However, you're really going to get the most mileage out of this if you've already played Hypnospace, especially considering how well they managed to incorporate that same human element that the original game was so good at. back in 1998 me and my friend Chase were making this game... and guess what... Chase found it again. he burnt it onto a CD-ROM and now we're going to finish it and put it on-line. i got out of computers in the mean time because I had to get a real job at a Dollar$aver (I even have a kid... how did htat happen BWL!!!?) so i forgot how to program but Chase is going to do it, he went to college for it. i still have my notebook with all of the designs and guess what.... its still flipping incredable. get ready for the greatest game in the world......
