Not Recommended

I don't exactly know what is happening, but the game window opens way too big and no matter what I try I can't seem to figure it out. I really don't want to refund this game because it looks cool, but I'm not really sure what else to do, as seemingly nobody has interacted with this game before. If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it, but the link to the customer support site that Steam gives me is dead.
