Got it suggested from a friend which turned out to be SUCH A GOOD BUY. Just played it for 5 hours straight and it was worth every penny. Vampire Survivor in play style to a degree & Slay The Spire-style item buffs really meld well together. Definitely worth a shot.

This game is absolutely fantastic. Don't get me wrong, when you boot up this game you know *exactly* what you're getting into. It's rough. The graphics are rough, often having mixels and slightly janky animations. The gameplay has absolutely zero tutorialization. It's not by any means something with an even average budget. That's its greatest strength. As I played, I noted things I didn't know and found out by complete accident. I noted design decisions I disagreed with-- the inability to check what items do in the middle of a run, the inability to not pick one up when standing on it, the sometimes awkward and cumbersome UI that I only later found out you have the ability to reduce. A roll that isn't indicated you can perform and doesn't actually give iframes. And then I kept playing. And kept playing. Surely this time I'll get farther. Just one more run couldn't hurt. And then I realized, *despite* its rough edges... I was having some real fun. It's inherently simple. It's dopamine...
Cute retro arcade vibe sorta thing. The no saving concept really drives you to keep attempting to beat your personal high score.
I hate geometry that fights back
i like the bullet patterns and generally the spite animation is nice, but the sound design is pretty uninspired. i'm pretty neutral on the game but it's a game
veri gud
Hey! Isn't it fun? It reminds me when I used to play Bomberman on my old Pegasus console ^^ but this one is so much better!! Love the style of graphics! Especially the cat things form hell :o
Very fun game, I like the music a lot. Artstyle by a great artist as well! It gets quite intense overtime, really good!
This is boring. Sped up trailer footage, Constant low impact item swapping, decision making only every couple of levels. Weapons feel like throwing Toothpicks.
if you like roguelikes, this is absolutely worth the price. it is so simple to learn how to play and what to do, and it was so much fun. without even realizing, i had sunken three hours into it. highly recommend it to fans of roguelikes and bullethells.
