It seems like a really cute game but the controls were unbearable and I barely got a few minutes in before I quit and requested a refund. Most of the time when I tried to interact with something it would interact with the wrong thing. The camera control was especially bad and had a weird bounce to it that made me dizzy. The tutorial also didn't really explain much. If the camera and controls were improved I would definitely give the game another shot but not how it is currently.

You know that feeling when every game in your library feels overwhelming because it can't wait to try and take over your life with epic narratives, a cast of thousands of characters and a budget of millions. This is not that. It's a cute, I would even say adorable, shop management game. It's got a lovely little game loop and lots of intuitive ways to grow at your own pace. I've put 5 hours into so far and it's been really nice because it just does what it says it's going to do. Take staff hiring for example. A lot of other shop management sims make that too complicated. I just requested some applications and hired the best person for the job and they're great. That's it. They'll need some time off at some point and I'm keeping an eye on their happiness so it won't be hard to figure out when. I dunno man, this is just a very nice little game 🙂 Not overwhelming and definitely filled with interesting mechanics and a clear and easy to understand path to growth and expansion.
Love it so far. I only have three problems with this game... otherwise it would be a perfect 10/10 1. The animation at checkout covers the next button you need to press a lot of the time causing losses that aren't entirely your fault. 2. Probably the most frustrating issue is that the game forces you into the next day once all the customers have left the store. This means that unless you were ordering thorough out the day, you're almost guaranteed to pay double for "express shipping". It seems there are a lot of customers towards the end of the day too, so they wipe out your stock, and then shove you into the next day kinda screwed on inventory. 3. This is the least important critique, i think only really an issue for certain gamers. The speed in which you get new products also seems a bit too quick. I have access to probably double what I'm actually able to sell due to space and customers want certain items, so starting the game might be a little intimidating for those who like to ge...
I got bored too quickly. The game needs more depth and better pacing. Why are there so many items unlocked so early? Why do I need all these items? How are the items different besides looks/price? Shouldn't customers want every day groceries more? Why do I need all of these different shelves? How are they different besides looks? Why do I need decorations? Why do I need these utilities? Why do I need discount tags? Why am I not penalised for mixing unrelated items on shelves? Why are there so many customers when I open my store? One thing the game did right - 1 click check out. And the graphics are nice.
Gave it a go, but the controls are honestly too finicky for me to play properly and there's no way to remap them currently
fun, but could have some achievements or more diverse quest other then sell some product. apart from that, the game is super cute, good mechanics, and very interesting
love the game and gameplay loop, its perfect for couch couple gaming! HOWEVER, the biggest issue with the game is the fact that it deletes your save after one bug.... we played for 3 in game days and the door bugged and deleted the key to start the next day. after this, the save file becomes corrupted and wont let you save, then upon restarting the game, your save file is deleted. we managed to restart over again, make it 30 days in game and get the 10k store upgrade. we upgraded, placed all of our shelves and products, grab key to start the day, put it in the door and....poof....key is gone, cannot start the next day, save game doesnt save and says "error", wont let us return to main menu so i force close the game, relog and save file is gone....10hrs of memories and progress just gone. i saw this issue discussed in other reviews and attempted to prevent this issue. however there are zero preventative measures because it does not let you make several saves, it only updates the cur...
The game is good and relaxing. I have had a good time playing it. I hope they keep adding more to the game since it is early access. The only bug I encountered when you leave to the main menu, the music play's twice, one on top of the other. Kind of odd. Other than that, I have not encountered anything other bugs. I wish we could allow your staff to perform certain functions instead of just all 3. Like if I want to be at the register and check people out, but it if I run off to stock something, my staff goes to the register. Not such a big deal nor does it bother me. I hope to see new items and such. I bought it on sale, but the $12 is not much to ask for, for what it is.
Chill supermarket sim..
ótimo jogo, tem algumas questões à serem polidas (principalmente controles), mas no geral bem divertido
