About This Game

Doki Doki House is a love comedy Dating Simulation that takes place in beautiful Australia, on the Gold Coast.

In this game you play as the heroine, which suddenly becomes the temporary owner of a guest house after having lost her memories.

From the day you become the guest house owner, you will begin your encounters with 4 very attractive guys - and they all seem to have some connection to your childhood! Interact with them to piece together your lost memories.

The players can make choices that determine where the story takes them.
Which guy to pursue first? Hmm...

Cornell is a gentle and smart CEO, with beautiful blue eyes and shining blonde hair. He is attractive and loves to help the heroine in any way he can. Although he often smiles, it is difficult for people to guess what he is really thinking, as it seems that he has a painful past.

Vito is an athletic man with a vicious tongue, who is also a fencer. He likes to bully the heroine, however at the same time he takes good care of her. He shows he cares through his peculiar attitude. He seems to do everything he can so that the heroine won't recall the past...

Jung looks like a harmless little angel, and is a genius magician who attracts thousands of girls. Like a cute puppy, he is obedient to the heroine.

Dewitt has multiple identities, is not a resident of Doki Doki House, but frequently appears beside the heroine. He is always there to protect the heroine when she is in danger. Although he looks cute, he is very strong.

Fall in love with these characters and experience the interesting story of your very own guest house!

Just within the first ten minutes of playing this game, I've come across the following. I will still attempt to play through the entire thing. But these factors are major deterrents, in my opinion, as they really take you out of/away from the game. Actual Errors: - spelling & grammar issues, correct-tense issues - MC says she sees herself "in his turquoise blue eyes", when guy literally has purple eyes - MC’s asked to get rope – you can inquire or not, but even if you don't, next scene is still MC questioning guest’s “work”, which she wouldn’t even know anything about (or that rope was for work) if she hadn’t inquired - guest’s speaking in paragraphs, the paragraph displays all at once, outside ‘speech bubble’; you cannot read half of it, & no way to scroll – you have to wait until next phrase, then check log - guest’s not speaking (there’s just “…” or "?" in speech bubble), but mouth is moving (& for a while) - MC says there’s somebody w/ sunglasses ...

This game made my heart throb more than a couple of times. You will need to play this game a couple of times to get the full story.Just be warned that some of the dialogue will be a bit all over the place.

Tf is this save and load system??? I save and then load and it starts me from the beginning. Also no achievements and you cant load from save. Do not bother if you are achievement hunter. Edit: just played a bit more to give it another shot and the story is so cringe, you have to woof and meow to get the affection up for some of the boys... idk if I'll stick with this one or not. Obviously some people rlly enjoy this but I think I have to go with not recommend because there are so many things wrong (technical or story) and all the reviews are positive.

This is soooooo cute. I'm absolutely in love with this VN. All the characters are likeable and Flore is awesome. Imagine having a Flore route haha. I'm not done with the story yet but having fun exploring the dialogue options. I just wish saving before a choice actually remembered where you left off at, instead of having to skip to dialogue until you catch up. Speaking of dialogue, the dialogue is very funny I love it! The chibi art that pops up is cute too. 10/10 would recommend.

This is... Well... This is something else for sure. You really have to go into this game with a different mindset. I understand from the internet that later in game things get more serious but I haven't nearly reached that point yet. Instead I'm still at the point where I'm wondering what the hell is happening. So far I've met a guy who is rich, arrogant and calls me kitty. And I've met a guy who is brooding and calls me Chihuahua. Because that makes perfect sense, ofcourse. You start the game by thinking you will have 3 lovely months of vacation in your grandfather's B&B. Instead you're met with a note, saying you have to take over leadership while he spends 3 months on holiday in Europe. Oh right, and money is tight for everything so yeah, good luck. You get several options (call grandpa and complain, turn around or embrace the opportunity). I chose to call him, phone goes to not available and MC goes like, oh well, whatever, guess I'm the owner now. She welcomes her first guest b...

3 and a half hours in, part way into a chosen route. Will say I had my doubts within the first five minutes, and gave it another half hour or so to see. Peeked the reviews both good and bad here to get a check for the vibe others got and tried to commit to getting at least to and through a route. I just.. Don't like it. I like the /idea/ of it - but it's like old fanfictions. Good idea. Awful writing. I don't even mind the grammar errors themselves too much in this but the writing flow entirely is just.. Weirdly paced and lack luster. I usually like the typical animu romance novel tropes but.. Some how this is bare bones minimum basics and shoving everything together. Yes - The art is nice a lot. The cg's def shine. But the everything else? Not to mention the smaller issues.. I love otomes and I can be lenient on things, but for me story flow and feeling are ultimately what I truly judge an novel game on. And this ain't it for me. ; - ;

I bought this on sale and had it refunded. Aside from poor writing that feels as if it belongs to a child, the game is poorly constructed. There is no option to set the text speed, so you always have to wait for it to catch up to pace, as clicking will simply replace it with the following lines. Although the game isn't actually voiced, each character often makes these weird, annoying sounds. What is worse it that they cannot be muted. Furthermore, saving is not well-implemented; loading a save will send you to the beginning of the 'chapter' and not to where you were. My advice is to skip this game. It is not worth your money.

It's a very nice game. The art and the music are really nice. The story is surprisingly deep and very romantic, I'm quite impressed. Unfortunately, the save/load function is not working as intended. You have to replay the whole chapter, but fortunately they are not that long. Overall, I enjoyed playing this game and wholeheartedly recommend it.
