For full disclosure: I am the developers friend but I paid for the game, he did not ask me to review it, and I'm going to try to make the review as unbiased as possible. I've beaten the first 20 waves in roughly 10 hours, but there's more content afterwards that seems important. The story and characters of the game are surprisingly interesting and endearing despite how it looks. The game is surprisingly hard without being frustrating. The combat system is fun, unique, and as the game progresses more complexity gets added. I found the complexity overwhelming at first but learning and incorporating them is very rewarding. The game has some bugs and can be janky here and there but the dev patches them fairly quickly if they're brought to his attention. He's also planning on adding more content at some point in the future and I'm excited to play it. Overall, a very enjoyable game and strongly recommend it if you're interested.

User Reviews
I would recommend this game for a couple reason, one is the enemy's in the game which need you to come up with new strategies each wave and the other is the many different ways you could play this game along with the post game content. i beat the game after about 10 hours of game play the post game content will likely add another 10 or so. just an fyi i am a friend of the dev but i don't feel that, that has affected this review for me. hope you enjoy the game.
fun kinda cool too
