In Bullwagon Business, you take on the role of traveling salesman Derek as he leaves his home village for adventure, new landscapes, new people, and of course... business.
Ride through the countryside on a wagon pulled by your trusty companion, Bob the Bull, meeting other traders, making friends among the craftsmen, and helping the common folk. Every good deed here will be duly rewarded in the form of gold, but most importantly... also in the form of charisma. And that pays off! You'll have a hell of a time without it!
Do you want to accept a contract with a juicy reward? If you don't have high enough charisma, traders will consider you a bum, won't trust you, and won't even trust you to collect rocks.
So help everyone to increase your charisma. But watch out! Be honest in your trading too, because it has a major impact on your reputation. Will you try to trick a merchant out of ten gold pieces by selling him a loaf of bread or buying a rope from him? If he doesn't back out of the deal, you'll at least antagonize him, and next time he'll give you higher prices or sell you nothing.
Your charisma also affects the main story. If you're not popular, your chances with Olivia the beauty probably won't be very high. And if you want to beat Lucius, the richest guy around, who controls practically the whole market, owns a coal mine, and has a lot of scum under his thumb, you'll need the support of every living soul!
Drive a wagon along the trade routes or explore the wilderness on your own. Go on adventures or just relax in the campsite that you build yourself.
Defend your goods against bandits, fight skeletons and other nasty vermin, or buy and sell in town for the best price.
Take the beautiful Olivia on a date, or try to thwart Lucius' plans.
