I really wanted to like it, but was ultimately let down by it. Gameplay loop wears down very quickly and get just tedious. Destruction physics while impressive visually don't matter much in the actual moment-to-moment action. It gives off an impression of a great neat title, but then becomes bland just after a couple of hours already.

The mechanics of destruction and driving are great, the physics are exaggerated, but fun. But the missions in the game are incredibly boring. 2-3 missions (with funny mechanics that interfere with delivery) and then everything just starts to annoy you, not entertain you I had high hopes. I don't recommend it, unfortunately.

A great game that blends elements of Crazy Taxi and GTA with its own unique style and ideas. The story is a letdown, but the focus on the hilarious missions and their creative design makes it worth playing. If anyone asks for a fun PS2 game, I’ll say Deliver at All Costs

The game is not that long, but truly fun and creative. Good music, story and humor. Really relaxing to destroy everything to reach your destination of the next quest. I like that game has three different islands you are discovering over time within the story. Each of the island maps are divided into smaller areas. Entering each of them though gets you to a short load screen to load new area. This was made to clear cache of everything you destroy while riding through the previous area. For such a small-weighted game it is a good compromise and it is not too irritating. Played on Steam Deck.

Game is terrible. - If you don't know how to write jokes, stop trying so hard. The same for the plot. Just tell me what to do already, not explanation needed. We didn't need it back in the 90's, with Mario, when everything you had to do was to start the game and just go jumping around nonsensical things. This would be the case. - GTA II has a better driving gameplay. - Its 2025. Rotate the screen smoothly is a basic thing nowadays. - Graphics are a 6. Destroying things was cool, for 3 minutes. They focused too much on that. - Its a light game. Stop putting so many fade out screens and loadings. Our PC can handle it. - Characters move like asterisks. Again, it was good in GTA II. Its not anymore. - If you make a PC game, stop asking too hard to me to use a controller. I would never use it, otherwise I would have a console. If you commit to a PC game, keep in mind that we love our keyboards. Some of us, not myself, but some of us have really expensive ones and we would like to use i...
Great portion of fun, reminiscent of the early GTA I/II with it's own ever present twisted humor.
The destruction alone that you can create is something missing from today's games - it reminded me of Red Faction. I really don't get why this game is not more popular? At this time only ~11K players estimated by SteamDB.

Deliver at all costs managed to capture the early 00s destructive charm of GTA games, and scratches that secret exploration itch. Each story mission has its own gimmick, and the game doesn't take itself too seriously. You aren't constrained (too much) regarding what to do, and this is an excellent isometric platformer. There were missed chances such as being able to use winch and crane outside their designated missions, but nonetheless it's a solid game. Would love more missions.

Wow, this game is terrible. - story and voice acting are simply irritating and humdrum - driving is garbage - I mean absolutely terrible - you can only rotate the view once, by 90 degrees one way - graphics are meh (at best) - there is loading between areas you travel and this happens very frequently because each zone is tiny - the movement of the character and AI characters are a janky joke I bought the game based on positive reviews but waited weeks before playing it so can't refund. How do people like this game?? It's all just one big, unfortunate regret.
