Animalistic

Animalistic has been instrumental in bringing joy back into my life. Ever since I caught my wife getting into a 2 piece horse costume with another man, I have been craving to kill some animals and AppleBomb Games has blessed me with an outlet to do that.

Animalistic is a silly little passion project is a good way. A weird little concept of trippy plushie style animals which like to partake in some murder, mixed in with some gun throwing, sliding FPS mechanics and you have a fun time. Looking forward to potentially some new modes (Wave mode, maybe a randomised challenges mode i.e all frogs, headshots only), new enemies types, melee weapons and possibly gun skin customisation too. Mechanics themselves are pretty good although the melee timing is more delayed and shorter range than you think plus being able to rebind the controls would help but this is enjoyable already. Alot of potential, looks cool but feels awful movement wise. It says its 'face paced' but to pickup a weapon you have to stand still cus if you run over it you wont pick it up. busting down doors is cool too but not when you get stuck on every little piece to the point where you cant even walk through the door, you actually get stuck on any object you see.

its a fun fast paced game with challenge for each level which makes you want to play it even more and complete them! The graphic and soundtrack are great. its also a bit scary when you open the door and a big animal face comes from the side xD

This game is very addictive! I can't stop playing it! For those who like a good FPS, beautiful graphics and frantic movement, this game will definitely hook you. I definitely couldn't stop playing until now. A true masterpiece! Also, another thing I really liked is the design and art of the characters. I tend to be very demanding with these parameters but Animalistic fulfilled all my requirements!

A very original and fun FPS. I really liked the theme and graphics. Very fluid gameplay, a good variety of weapons and a lot of violence. It was a great find on Steam!

The game is pretty fun but isn’t well optimized for all pcs. I hope the game gets more optimized soon but so far really like how the games looking so far! 👍 and the gameplay reminds me a lot of Anger foot and some trepang 2 in there. If slow mo was added it would have made things so much more badass. Also god of war actor in this game is pretty bonkers so yea pretty cool

Animalistic game was so much fun to play. It has a great ui/ux designs mix with great sound, colours & a very active solo dev. I really like how cheap this game is with price as it has so much rich features.The animals, gun, gun skins make the game a killing experience for any fps and non-fps player alike. I like how there are different animals with gun, weapons, explosives it makes them unique. Also the animalistic mode make you a true animal and feel so much powerful like its very very fun when it happens with its unique sound effects and full screen going into speed mode. Trust me i have played many fps game but never saw something so much fun game with a cool text, easy tutorial and literally i found no bugs in the game it shows how well its made.All i can say the dev needs more recognision because as a solo dev with no studio and no team making something is crazy.I cant wait for more levels and game collectibles.
