The art is adorable, and the writing is playful with a good dose of dark humor. I actually found myself getting attached to the characters in a way I didn’t expect from a game about killers dating survivors. The choices you make feel meaningful, and there are multiple endings, which kept me interested. That said, it’s definitely a niche game. If you don’t like dating sims or aren’t familiar with Dead by Daylight, it might not click. The gameplay is very simple — mostly reading and choosing dialogue — so don’t expect deep mechanics. For what it is I shouldn't have expected much but it really didn't grab me, kinda disappointed in it, wish there was more killers to romance and wish the writing was better. If you're REALLY into DBD, play it, but if you are, you already have. Otherwise, skip.
