Memory Puzzle - Mystery Mermaids

Come on, we all know why we play games like these. It's all about easy and fast achievements. The whole concept of these Memory Puzzle games is specifically designed for this purpose and therefore I think it's unfair to give them thumbs-down ratings. After all, everything works as it should: There are no broken achievements and after about 20 minutes you'll have another piece to add to your completionist showcase. In terms of graphics, gameplay and soundtrack, this title is pretty much identical to its adult counterpart [i]Fantasy Memory - Sexy Mermaids[/i] by the same developer, the only difference being bikini tops here. In total there are 12 images to uncover. In order to do so, you need to find and reveal identical cards, of which there are 15 pairs with runic symbols randomly distributed over a board of 6 by 5 squares. Achievement hunting could hardly be any quicker or easier!

Easy achievements and decent renders, but the puzzle is only about 1/6 of my screen. Thus, the pics are too small.

I did not have fun playing this. It felt more like a chore than a game. The gameplay was easy enough, and the achievements were simple, but it didn’t make up for the overall experience. Games like these tend to be removed from Steam, so I’m not sure about its longevity. The art for the mermaids was decent, but overall, it's still a thumbs down from me. Also, not worth the price tag.
