I'm still early on in the game (only one boss defeated), but so far I'm loving it. This is an engrossing souls-like with a combat system styled after Armored Core 6 and level design styled after Dark Souls. It's packed with visual customization and weapon loadout options and an addictive souls-like game loop! The breadth of stats and weapon loadouts may feel a bit daunting for those who haven't played Fires of Rubicon (or other Armored Core games), but all stats have descriptions so you're never left confused as to what anything means, and initially you can just stick with a default loadout until you feel comfortable with the controls. The game has great atmosphere and sound design. The weapons all have unique and distinctive audio. I wish there was more music, which is almost exclusively reserved for boss fights. But nothing's stopping you from putting on your personal playlist and blasting mechs to it! I have not encountered any major bugs or performance issues. The worse I've enc...

awesome ass loli mecha moe game! Pretty much AC mixed with Dark Souls, they even got a freakin gun thats straight out of BLAME!
I love this game! While I only have like two hours on record at this point it really is a good game. The number of different weapons is enough for just about anyone to find their ideal loadout and kick robot butt. Also the enemies vary just as much so you are constantly having to explore new setups. 10/10
Armored Core but anime girls. Legit plays just like AC and I will definitely be working on 100%ing this over the next few weeks when I'm able to! 12/10 recommend.
First game to ever make me feel guilty for walking away from NPC's without selecting the close dialogue option. 10/10, wish I could play it all over again.
she called me her doll...
Pointlessly hard for zero reason. I get hard games, It tries to be very Dark Souls like, but it doesn't understand how Dark Souls is hard. Do they give you challenging enemies in challenging situations?! No, they give you limited ammo with swords that don't work as backup. In over 3 hours, I have not seen a SINGLE ammo item drop... I got 3 initially and that's it. Not a single one has appeared anywhere, so every time I go in to the world, I run out of ammo, run all the way through the level back to the spawn tree, and resupply, which resets all enemies, repeating this process. Cannot buy ammo items from the shop, they don't sell them for some reason. No way to get any ammo besides the hyper-rare chance an enemy drops one... for a minuscule unhelpfull amount. Does the sword help? Nope, it has about 2-3 inches of range, with a 5 second cool down... per swing. WHY?!?! I have to go point blank, until I'm touching enemies to hit them with the starter sword and the expensive shop one, but h...
Very cool sci fi setting and characters that are interesting to pick apart. Cool mech designs. Banger OST. Also very depressing writing. The movement and combat feel smooth, though unfortunately the balance for weapons makes a lot of weapons feel useless without a balance mod. It's definitely on the easy side regardless, but still a fun experience. My biggest criticism is that I wish there was more dialogue for some characters- especially humanoid bosses. They definitely could have added more meat to the existing questlines as well, but that's just my personal taste.
A fantastic game where the devs gave it their all and it shows. Sadly it contains a large number of mechanics that are good on paper, poor in execution that anchor it. Still highly recommend though.
After playing armored core 6 I have been looking for games that scratch that itch and this does it perfectly, A surprisingly good game and for a comparatively cheap price, Would absolutely recommend buying this.
