Combination of low quality and technical issues: In full-screen the cursor position doesn't match with what it really points to in game, only solvable by using windowed mode. Once the game is started there is no exit option, only to end the application from Windows. Game freezes for moments or lags from time to time. "Artwork" which is selling point of the game is not really off much quality when looked at in higher resolution and not in thumbnails, same one "hand-drawn ink smear" element repeated all over the pictures.
