Hidden Magic Town

This is not an actual game. It's two half-baked phone games in a trench coat, and the bottom one is dead. Just an immovable, creepy, trench coat-wearing con artist muttering inanely about it's "hidden magic" to passersby. It wears a price-tag to blend in with the other games. It hangs out near the other games. It even goes on sale like other games. Upon approach, however, it becomes apparent that you are staring into the eyes of a soulless, greedy shell. It wears color like lead makeup over rotting skin, and cannot feel love. Do not feed the shell <3

Sadly this game still has issues with functionality for the player. 1. The items are not clear in the Clue box on some occasions being a very dark image on the black background of the item to find box. 2. It is never clear how many of each item you are expected to find. 3. My game also suddenly became a black screen which could only be reset by using the positional drop down box. This also reset my coins. 4. The positional drop down box only ever centred the map and did not show you the closest player or item. 5. Most "hidden" objects are badly hidden or not really hidden at all just camouflaged by the background colours they reside upon. (A whole house is hardly a hidden object) All in all I would advise any gamer not to waste their money on what has to be the worst HOG ever to emerge. My advise to the Devs are to take a long look at the issues with this game and either patch it of make it free to play because it is certainly not in a state that gives any value for the cost.

I would not have wasted the money on this. There are definitely much better hidden picture games for much cheaper. By the end of it, I just wanted it to be over.

The game itself was alright, since its fairly cheap in the bundle (though I suspect the prices were raised just so that they could mark them as 98-99% off), but its mid-tier fantasy I-Spy. The achievements in all of these dev's games seem to automatically pop up after less than 10 minutes regardless of actual progress, which doesn't really make me want to actually play the games, and even though all of the achievements show as completed in my library, they don't seem to actually count towards my Steam achievement count or my average completion rate. Is ok if you just really like simple hidden object games, but not really worth the $40 i spent on the two bundles.
