This game is really fun as it is. It's still very new, but has has HUGE potential! Give it a try, you will not be disappointed!

A small but truly atmospheric game with a lot of potential. The mood, lighting, and sound effects weave together to craft a haunting tapestry that is best experienced in the dark. Hearing the War-of-the-Worlds-esque horns that bellow from the mothership blocking the sky above your farmhouse is one of my favorite details, as it blurs the line between cool and creepy. Beyond War of the Worlds, I think it's also clear that the game takes inspiration from the movie Signs. The game does a great job of capturing how the charming serenity of the countryside slips away when the suns goes down, as trees and vegetation morphs into towering shadows and blackness that can swallow you whole. The feeling of isolation alone is incredibly ominous, and again, the sound effects really sell it: the rustle of leaves as you wade through cornstalks, branches breaking under foot, wind howling.
