I had so little respect for this game for the first hour or so then something clicks and now I can't put it down. P.S. you can fucking walk through the critters, you aren't actually stuck in that little box you think you are.

Pretty nice idle game. It's part puzzle game, since you'll have to scratch your head to find the best "pathing" to complete the goals you want to make. But don't be hopeless if you have a small brain or are too lazy to think: Every time you do something in the game, it cost less and less "energy". So even a very poorly optimized pathing will end up becoming good enough to reach any goal if you let the game run for hours and hours to repeat it!

I had a great time with this game. The perfect mix of engaging and passive. I'd happily play a second game.

The game constantly crashes on me, to the point of being unplayable.

7/10 I like the core game play as you try to find the best routes to basically solve a puzzle. I enjoy the challenge and unique take on this genre. I might be missing something but when it comes to exploration / uncovering spaces. Having to redo your route every time you want to explore an area is kind of monotonous. There is an hourglass that allows for time speed up, but it has to fill up to use it... Anyway, it is a very good game and I look forward to finishing it!

Imagine you needed to open a door but didn't have a key, so you decided to just slam your head against it hundreds of times until it opened. This game is about doing exactly that, but with any obstacle or character you come across. It would be a fine game to "play" while working, if it costed 1$ or something, but 7.99 (mena) for pixel idler with virtually zero content?? Are you crazy?

When I first tried to play Loop Odyssey/Stuck in Time, I quickly abandoned it without making any meaningful progress. The reason was the anxiety I would get trying to craft the most optimal route, every time. I felt like every mistake I make will cascade into more mistakes down the line, will turn into a waste of time, and will get me stuck eventually. It took me several months before I tried this game again. As soon as I understood how forgiving Loop Odyssey is in reality, it became a joy to play. You can make every mistake there is, play as suboptimally as humanly possible, and you will still reach the end goal. Any lack of planning can be offset by some amount of idle grind. There's no limit on the amount of loops you can run before you finish the story, there's no cap on metaprogression, and every loop you run will always yield some sort of a benefit There's a lot of idling in this game. It took me roughly 70hrs to get the three main story achievements. Of those 70, I would s...
