The app itself is very good and does what it says, but the DRM is TERRIBLE. It needs an internet connection to launch and sometimes takes ages to load. I should NOT need internet to launch a controller emulator (THAT I BOUGHT) wtf. Not really worth it when Steam or even DS4Windows are free, much faster, and work offline. The only thing DSX really offers are the triggers/haptics and Edge support.

TBH the free version is better and more stable, with this one yea sure you get a couple of extra gimmicks but its just a hastle, the controller allot of the times just dosent connect and i have to repair it to my PC, and the software lags sometimes and its just slow, the free basic version basically has everything you need

probably the most useless software in the world, never works and requires the internet to startup.... save your money and don't buy this shit. Use DSY or Steam input instead.

Great piece of software with lots of customization options for your PS5 controller. It would be nice if they would consider adding Linux support for those on SteamOS at some point but other than that it does exactly what it says on the tin!

I once read that the best software, is the one you don't even notice when it's doing its job. Well, that's DSX in a nutshell (for me). My DualSense, DualSense Edge and DualShock 4 all work flawlessly without me ever having to do anything other than switching from Native to emulation mode.
