Horribly tedious. I've played quite a few survival games, and this one has, by far, the worst, most nonsensical survival mechanics. Hunger, thirst, and irradiation rise incredibly fast; especially thirst, as drinking a bottle barely changes your thirst meter, making progression a constant scramble for the next bag of chips or bottle of water. Inventory is painfully tiny, and makes no sense at all. (I can carry multiple bales of hay, but 3 matchsticks are my limit?). It's a great exploration game, with superb graphics, but the survival mechanics need a huge overhaul. As it is, I'm forcing myself to continue on.

ok game but way too expensive for what it is and no replay value at all, grinding to find basic items prevents from being able to enjoy the scenery as you are always hungry and thirsty and radioactive
Well, I've put a little over 8 hours into the game by now, and until 1 hour ago, I really wanted to give the game a positive review. That changed because suddenly I'm stuck in an endless death loop and there is no escape. Without posting spoilers, I got to a part where you need to hack a computer to activate a pump, so you can safely leave some subway tunnels. While heading out, there is a cutscene. As soon as i get the controls back, i have about 10 seconds left before i'm running out of health and die. I've tried many times to escape, eventually finding enough items to craft medics, but there's no crafting station or camp that I can reach before my time runs out. Before that happened, I wanted to say that the game has a really pleasant end-time atmosphere, nice graphics, an inviting world design and very decent voice-acting. Following the story was interesting enough to keep me playing, even if the survival mechanics and wayfinding were annoying right from the start. The c...
Saw a lot of negativity when i first purchased this game, but if you go into it with an open mind and know that you're going to be hunting for a lot of materials its a really fun game. Took me about 26 hours to beat so its a fairly big game. I like puzzles so this was right up my alley.
I like a good survival game, something that calls for a bit of a challenge, but something that keeps you interested, but this one don't really hold ur interest, it just feels like your doing the same thing over and over but just in different places.
This game feels more like early access than a full launch game. its a beautiful game but it still needs a lot of work in my opinion.
This game is wonderful. The graphics are beautiful. The sounds are realistic and the story is engaging. Yes it has a lot of looting and some may find that tedious but it is line with all other survival games and for me it just adds to the challenge. If you like survival games I encourage you to check this one out.
At first, I didn’t have a clue what I was doing especially as I was dumped in the middle of the night. But I’m so glad I persevered cause this game has really grown on me now and I’m addicted to it, and the graphics are phenomenal. The only criticisms I have about it are, you haven’t got a quick key to access the Geiger Counter, like you do the flash light and also, some of the puzzles are a little to specialised for the average player. But I’m generally very impressed with it
Not a good game. Its a very hollow experience that the creatures have no business charging anyone for.
GREAT GAME!!!!!!!!!!
