Annoying for the sake of being annoying, a few examples below. You can tap left mouse to fire your weapons, or you can hold left mouse to charge up a burst of shorts and fire them when you release the button, but tap firing repeatedly is so much faster than charging up a burst you end up spam clicking through the whole game. The last 3rd of the game has cobwebs blocking your path to stop you from running past everything (as you can do for the first 2/3rds), except the cobwebs slow you down so much there are spots where you'll spend half a minute just holding forward to get through them, with no alternative path or approach possible. Enemies only respawn when you die (and when you continue a save, but that's because the dev is a n00b) and can't follow you across doors, but ammo and health plants respawn after a short wait time, so it's pretty easy to clear out the whole map by advancing carefully and resupplying often: the game tries to make things more difficult by giving some enemies ...
