"Nihongo Heroes" is an educational game that helps you learn Japanese in a fun way.

The Japanese writing system consists of two types of characters: the syllabic kana (hiragana and katakana) and kanji, the adopted Chinese characters. Each have different usages, purposes and characteristics and all are necessary in Japanese writing.

This game is using smart learning system that teach Japanese alphabet with vocabularies. While practicing Japanese writing system, you will learn new vocabularies.

Recommended

Very simple but very useful memory game for reinforcing and learning hiragana/katakana and vocabulary. A few new words each level and according to the in game map there are over 600 levels(idk I stopped scrolling at 600). That's a lot of words. Recommend being at least a little familiar with Hiragana before starting.
