This game is a very unique experience. There are still some improvements to be made, but its really fun! I like how in this game you don't have guns or superpowers, but rather you feel like helpless, regular civilian.

About This Game
Action with funny details... now multiplaying
News Reacts is an open world game about surviving in a slightly weird city where the player is an ordinary civilian finding himself accused as a terrorist.
Wherever he goes, he is treated as the most wanted enemy of the state. He has to escape the law enforcement, special forces and sometimes panic-stricken citizens. The news media disinformation makes circumstances more and more complicated.
The player has to solve why and who has set him up as a terrorist. When doing this the player meets action at every turn. The player has to survive only with his own brain and with NO weaponry.
The city is full of interiors, shops, restaurants, offices, apartments and places to go. Thousands of doors, cabinets and lockers to open and examine. Thousands of items to operate, pick up, eat or buy.

Exceptional features
The News Reacts has no traditional game missions, things just happen when the player enters the wrong place at the wrong time.
The city items are highly interactive where only single mouse click is needed.
Hundreds of ads and signboards can be replaced by the user's own pictures.
3D modelled computers all over the city have fully functional browsers that can be operated directly in the game's 3D space.
Citizens's business, opinions, hobbies and their human errors show lots of comical characteristics.
You can find a lot of references to the details of famous movies and popular culture.
In 'movie mode' you can enjoy the game view without any maps, score points etc.

User Reviews
I like the feeling of constant danger in this game. The enemy may lurk behind any corner, so you have to be constantly ready to sprint away, as there is simply no way to deal with the enemy other than running. Also, when you explore the city you'll run into some extremely random encounters, which are guaranteed to give you funny WTF-moments.
+Nice relaxed type of game that has a concept that works better than expected and is actually quite interesting and fun. -Little rough around the edges but gets smoother and better with good feedback.
This game is much more than a pretty great survival puzzle game in a modern city. In addition, the city is a complete sarcastic reference to mindless phenomena of our present time. It’s the little things that make this a gem. Updates are pushed regularly and bugs are being actively patched. Kudos to developer!
Just great game which missions differ clearly from each other. In one mission you have to dress up as police officer to fool officers at police station and in another mission you have to learn how to drive a forklift in a few seconds in a rain of bullets. You simply can't succeed in first or second time! Or even on the third... :D
The story is like being Harrison Ford in 'The Fugitive', you have to escape the authorities or even citizens and seek for the real perpetrator. Escapes happen in various urban locations and they are full of surprises. Many times you will be "eliminated" before you have any idea how to cope with the new tricky situation. The city has an incredible number of active objects, even musical instruments and machines all of which can be activated with a single mouse click. You can speed up your movement with scooters, subway or city bus although the character moves a bit clumsily. There seem to be hundreds of funny details and comical real life things scattered around the city. The whole concept is very enjoyable and arouses curiosity to open one more door - and yes there is changing news about you all over the city!
In order to interact with the environment, you first have to hold down e, then use the mouse pointer. If that isn't THE worst control scheme I have EVER encountered, I don't know what is. There is a lot of love put into the design of the game. There is a story, a living world, and lots of things to interact with. Unfortunately, the game just isn't any fun. I lay the blame mostly at the feet of the UI and controls, but after the initial apartment thrill, the only thing to do is wander aimlessly and get shot at. Not a good time. It's also $25USD which just boggles the mind. At $5, I would say thumbs up. At $35.99 NZD, it is absolutely thumbs down. https://youtu.be/J18eTZab4t0
Lots of content, details and places to go where activities. And you can play multiplayer mode alone so you drive car around the city.
A funny game, you can earn money in pizzeria ! A thrilling game, you never know what happens next !
This game is full of details and urbane surprises. For example going into the water is really fatal :D The timing in some hectic situation is sometimes so tight that there is maybe one second time to reach closing door etc. The movement of the character is a bit clumsy but it doesn't really harm. The character 'Titus' moves in first person so you can see his belly, foots and 'Lazylike Sporting' shoes :D - - - Holy cow! I played the game to the end, and there is a bigger surprise than in any game? And then Titus gets his 'normal' life back :D :D A real Hollywood moment! I still have about 20 missions left... but what or where is the second option to escape from the International Airport :o ...
