Leap of Faith

[h1] PLEASE READ THIS [/h1] this game is NOT for 24/7 gooners. I played this game a while ago and got bored of it because of like you said, not as many sex scenes as other games. BUT I recently replayed it and really focused on the story. Hands down the best story of not just an AVN, but better than some AAA games, like better than Detroit: Become Human and games like that in my opinion. If you break down the story and don't focus on this being a sex game, which deep down it is not, it will change your life. For me it did, made me want to be a better person genuinely. I'm a normal dude, jocky, play sports, I do powerlifting. Not a single soul besides those reading this know I play these games. I can't find the most suitable words so please excuse me beforehand. This game is beyond any measure I can tell, it made me feel all kinds of emotions, I laughed, I cired, I became sad, happy and everything. Found its name while I was searching for the a similar game to College Kings, read some good reviews of it and found out (sorry not found but lived it myself) that this is another dimension of ultimate alternate reality of a game you set yourself in. I just finished it and wanted to write a few words for folks like me for them not to think and install it already without any regrets. Let me say, this game reconnected to my feelings, this game changed something in me that I can not be described. Thank you Drifty, whoever you are.. One of the best adult visual novels I've ever played. I played during a very low period in my life and there were a few quotes and conversations that really changed how I thought about things. I never thought that an AVN would "change my life," but here it is! The scenes are pretty good, but it's the story an character development that make this one of the best! I've been hesitant to review this kind of content due to the stigma behind it, but I fealt it was to much of a disservice to Leap of Faith not to!

These feel like real people. Real banter between real people. The tragedy event that took place in chapter 6 broke me because of how close to home it was. After you realise more about the devs own personal story (shows you in game) is a direct influence to the story, well its a real emotional nuke. He writes the feelings, the thoughts, the doubts and questions of all involved. Your living his experience. Trust me, you will feel it. This isnt really a sex game, definitely adult. But its about relationships with ppl, emotional trauma and how to deal with your emotions. This game needs way way more awareness.

Love the story and how your choices effect the story.

I played the game on GOG after getting it for free, which made me decide I had to buy it on steam. I honestly do not know if I will ever be able to play the game a second time. The story devastated me, but I'm happy I played it as it was so beautiful too. There has never been a character that I've related to and understood, as much as Cece.

I tend to find these adult VNs fall into two categories. There are those which are just a contrived collection of gooner scenes, then there are those that have an amazing story where the gooner scenes in large part just get in the way. This definitely falls into the latter. There are a number of things that set Leap of Faith apart from its contemporaries. 1 - The music is incredible and I often find myself drifting away listening to the songs. 2 - The protagonist is actually just a decent, ordinary bloke -- and I know this annoys some, but it's actually refreshing that the MC isn't some sex-crazed teen. 3 - The love interests all have varied backgrounds and real issues they're working through to the point where they don't at all feel like carbon-copies of one another. Lexi in particularly was a really interesting character I don't think I've ever seen done before. 4 - The story clearly has emotional ties to the author based on a tragic event in his real life, and as such it tack...

Good, but not the masterpiece people make it out to be. I found most of the game was just okay, with some good moments sprinkled in there every so often. Then I got to the end. The last few hours of this game are the best. I was crying. I wasn't even all that fond of the characters, yet I was still crying over the events that unfolded. The way the last few hours are written, handled, and presented were really, really good. The sauce scenes were awful. Most of this game just isn't very pleasing graphically, and I didn't find most of the women all that attractive. The graphics do start to look significantly better at the end of the game though. Overall, if you want to goon to this, good luck. I would not recommend Leap of Faith if all you want to do is goon. But, if you want a decently well-written story with some decent characters, then go for it. The last few hours of this game are great, and I would definitely recommend this game just because of how good it gets towards the end.
