Serious case of developer difficulty. If you like your games soul-crushingly hard from the first stage, then this is for you.

I believe this is a sequel (or prequel) to Fortress Attack R for the x68000. It's a very well done hori. I have quite a few hours in this one. Amazing OST as well!

I got the 1cc on casual, and have the highest score on normal, but I think I’m done, it’s like eating glass. I want to like this and it’s so close to being correct, but everything in this game is over shadowed by one aspect. And I feel dirty saying this, it’s too hard. Yes it can be beaten, and if I did it one more time I’d prove that. But you have four people that beat the score attack mode, four. Who’s attacking score with four people on the board? Your first level is so hard that I took 5th and I didn’t even kill the boss. Say what you want about my skill level. There’s no reason to make it this brutal, leave in the “hardest” mode, but there’s no way this is helping your sales. And if anyone wants to know why it’s so brutally unfair it’s because: 1. You’re too weak. 2. You’re too slow 3. You can’t use the whole screen 4. Checkpoints are laughably dumb 5. If you didn’t have the one second shield you get off of items, you’d be dead 6. If...
