SIT DOWN, PLEASE

I managed to make it to the end (without any problem) and it was a good adventure after all. The gameplay isn't the greatest, but the story is pretty interesting and well done and manages to sustain that shortcoming.

The story is really hard to follow the grammar is a bit off and you're thrust into the world told A B and C and the story doesn't really give you enough information about the world to draw you in and feel involved in the plot to be honest. I did enjoy the flashback with the grandpa that was probably the highlight of the game and story. (the story is probably the best part of the game by far). I stream obscure indie titles. It's what I do, at megateamup.com. I scour Steam for new releases that not many people have heard of, or will hear of. I paid money for this. I wanted to like Sit Down, Please. I really, really, really, really wanted to like it. Here's why I didn't. Dialogue heavy is an understatement here. This is more of a visual novel than anything else. USE THE "FAST" STORY MODE IF YOU PLAY THIS GAME. An entire completion of this game took me 4 hours, a large majority of which was spent staring at the same interrogation scene and reading line after line of redundant dialogue. Every character says the same thing multiple times in different ways. There is actually an interesting story here, but you're going to miss the trees for the forest, if that makes any sense. As far as gameplay goes, there really isn't much. There's one minigame where you keep a heart pumping and keep a body cool.
