Your heart will melt for a very small price and I got it on sale. The visual style is a little bit like the Might & Delight games but a little less busy, the music is bubbly, the characters are all cute, and there's a surprising amount of learning involved in the game as there is an ingame journal with all kinds of mushrooms. Very cute and chill. It was a good difficulty for a relaxed experience, though I would have loved for it to have been a tiny bit more challenging. I think adding more of the time trial type challenges would have been fun. (I know that challenging wasn't the vibe the devs wanted though, and I respect that). I bought it on sale for $10 which is the perfect price for the 5 hours I spent 100%ing it. I DEFINITELY recommend using a controller. I tried with mouse and keyboard first and found it pretty clunky and the camera control a little nauseating, but the controller worked perfectly. If the devs made another Smushi game, I would definitely play it!

Stuff like this is why indie games are always better than triple A titles. The art and passion are super inspiring. Its a cute game and the music is pleasant. Great game to play if you just need to vibe for a few hours.

One of the most whimsical games on the market! Running around an enchanted forest as a mushroom and talking to my forest friends made me feel like a kid again. Exploring the forest for secrets was very rewarding. Collecting different mushroom hats and changing them out in different made a whimsical experience even more magical. If you like Lil Gator Game and A Short Hike, you'll love this game! I experienced nothing but pure joy when playing Smushi Come Home. The only con was that it ended. Might reign forever as my favorite game of all time. 100000/10

What do you get when you combine the gliding mechanics from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker with the nostalgic charm of 3D collectathon platformers? You get this wonderful game! Smushi Come Home is the perfect experience for anyone who wants to play a short, cozy game with low stakes, no combat, and lots of exploration. The game takes about 3-5 hours to complete depending on how many of the optional collectibles you decide to search for, but with the gorgeous visuals and calming music, you'll likely want to stick around even longer. Also you get to ride on a capybara at one point. So, y'know, that's the best thing ever.

Absolutely terrific game. Heartwarming, wholesome, and beautifully simplistic while remaining to keep you engaged the entire story! My only complaint was there I was CRAVING MORE AFTER I BEAT IT! The dialogue is terrifically cute and witty. The art style is and character design is charming. And the platforming/quests you go about doing during your adventure are very fun! Give it a try!!!
