YOGA MASTER

I was cautiously optimistic about getting this game after discovering it a few months ago, and finally decided to go for it when it went on sale. However, it's just a big hassle that makes yoga less convenient. I expected it to be simply to get into a new routine and start doing yoga in a gamified way, but after struggling with it for almost an hour, that's not been the case. First of all, the auto coach, where it tries to pick a routine for you, is just about useless. It has a top weight of 200, whether you are using metric or imperial units, so as an American, I thought I couldn't actually put my correct weight in until I tried switching to metric. It's a pretty basic oversight, and speaks poorly to the care that went into the game overall. Once I got that figured out, I discovered that it could recommend no programs to me at all. I guess because my BMI is too high? Who knows. Once I lowered my weight, it found something I could do theoretically. That brings me to the next problem:...

This was a really great choice for positively changing my use of quiet time while replacing my favorite glitched hunting game and saying no to the stress of dealing with the multiplayer community. I really like that this is fine tuned to the player's numbers. It'd be cool if you could share workouts and yoga with friend. I highly recommend this for sanity, fitness and continued ability to not have to deal with the public while staying home to yoga.

Very good i like a lot. This game get webcam detection to catch your movement and you can make your own program so you can control time and pose by yourself. Even my grandmom like this game to practice her hand and leg muscle. Song very relaxing good for wake up and sleep mode. I'm really love this game and recommend to everyone for good health. Also they have they own program to choose. :D Worth my money. Wish Dev make more game for health like this. I've a few more hours than stated as I was using family sharing to play it in the living room. I use an old Alienware Steam machine running Windows 10. It struggled at 4K but breezes through at 1080p, so I imagine most recent Laptops or PCs will run it to a degree. The mini PC is from 2016 Overall this is a great little app that could do with a few more tweaks to get it perfect. I'm got a breathing issue and yoga was recommended to me by my GP and I feel it is helping get my breathing back on track with additional physio and other external exercises. I use a Facebook portal as a wide FOV webcam and my phone as a bluetooth mouse to select options and it works pretty well. The software doesn't detect all the poses which is disappointing and hopefully will be resolved. Looking at the API it should be possible for them to do this. Good quality app which is pleasant to use. Steam is the right place for this, as gamers really need some healthy habits. This easy 15 minute thing you do not do every day is very important. I figured it out on my own back. If your lifestyle is not involving physical activities (like most of the people unless they do so intentionally), the muscles on your back degrade, which after 30s (or even earlier) is very dangerous - even a small above-average load (like lifting something heavy or jumping from the height) on your back can lead to trauma. The problems with the upper back can also lead to problems with sight and brain blood circulation. So do your minimum exercises, man. If you want to live. Doesn't matter what you think about sport and how little do you need the muscles. Use an external camera, not a laptop webcam (you can use phone as cam through USB or Wi-Fi, search the web how), because it needs to be quite far, and not of the cheapest quality.
