About This Game

rote² (pronounced "rote square") is a twist on the traditional note-falling rhythm game.

The notes will drop on 6 lanes. Press the corresponding keys on your keyboard in time.

The notes can also fall across multiple lanes. You can process these notes by pressing the key corresponding to any lane that contains the note.

This is a great little game and I highly recommend it. It may not be as flashy or full of content as some other types of games in this genre but it is very functional and easy to navigate and use. I like that it has an Editor. You can also subscribe to users on the steam workshop and import song charts into the game, which is nice. The developer is very quick to respond to any problems or bugs and fixes them immediately once you notify him. The Developer regularly releases updates and improvements. Great support, great game, highly recommended.
