Space X Collector is yet another of literally thousands of 2D retro platformers infesting Steam and lowering the average quality of all video games everywhere. This one is 3D rendered, but badly, and looks to have been coy + pasted from a basic Unreal Engine platformer template. It's a very shallow, lazy platformer, instead of dedicated level design, the "developer" here just made an endless jumper where you have to keep jumping up along a series of procedurally generated platforms to see how high you can go. It's incredibly shallow shovelware with no serious value or merit for PC gamers. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted d...

playthrough here (once it uploads): https://youtu.be/LHzaSeDApTI Just my opinion, but I'm not a fan of platformers where the difficulty is based off struggling with a terrible mechanic rather than obstacles/challenges. An enjoyable difficult platformer to me is where you have sick mechanics and the game is hard because of obstacles/challenges not because I'm fighting my dude floating into platforms with his ginormous head. I like the music(even though you can't adjust it), I think the visuals are pretty alright, but game play is severely lacking for me. There's one jump where I'm not sure it's make-able I'm reviewing this with the assumption it might be because I think I may possibly probably made it twice (maybe). The layout of the platforms are the same throughout and just repeats with random mines/collectibles every now and then, the electric line isn't really a threat the only challenge in the game is literally your character bopping his head on a platform and falling to his death...
