Surprisingly nice game for its low price tag. Artistic work, really not like other games made of random pieces of other games coming from 90th. After some time I found out I just like to be in this strange TRON like space between clouds, fog and coming storms. Maybe the combination of ambient music and scrambled radio voices turned me on. So if you want some VR experience not about guns and zombies, I recommend. The gameplay is easy on level beginning, but then it becomes quite challenging. Not sure how accurate the airports are comparing to real prototypes, but googled one on maps. At least runway positions looks correct, so if you are interested in flying you may want to check.

About This Game
The airspace is busy, airplanes coming fast - so expect the task to be physically challenging and give you some fitness exercise. You will need to react fast, wise and predictive. Use exact and wide hand movements to assign rotes, rush from one side of airfield to another, bend and even jump to get the planes flying on higher levels - like you are DANCING between runways.

- Various difficulty levels!
- Various weather conditions!
- Various aircraft types!
Available airports:
- Gibraltar (GIB)

It was a usual, even boring, watch and nothing was foreshadowing problems, but suddenly you find out that the automatic air traffic management systems of your airport are out of order. The drone planes are capable of joining the circuit, navigating to the final approach and automatically landing. But they cannot see each other! It is not yet clear what happened, but the most likely is that the satellite array was hacked by an unknown evil terrorist organization, trying to cut the communications and leave the city without supplies!
Your task is to enter an overloaded and glitching virtual air traffic control interface, and manually manage the aircraft traffic to save as much equipment and cargo as possible...
Grab the planes from their automatically assigned routes by using the VR controllers, move between runways and draw a new safe route to avoid collisions! Don't forget that thunderstorms can be deadly dangerous and weather changes make your task even more challenging....
Future roadmap:
- Additional levels (Airports coming soon: Los Angeles and New York)
- Additional settings
- Improved performance
- Additional gameplay variety
*Game does not work outside of a virtual reality environment.

'Air Traffic BLITZ VR' is an airport time management style game in which you need to control endless amounts of planes all of which are arriving at some of the worlds busiest airports. Its very much a basic version of Final Approach, only nowhere near as much fun and nowhere near as good looking (but the graphics are OK I suppose). The problem is the silly control method which starts in the start menu. Having to grip and then point is just silly and took me a while to figure out, why not just have a beam selector. But that is nothing compared to the main gameplay. You need to grip each plane, then draw a line to whenever you want and hopefully avoid a mid-air crash. Sometimes that line is fine and they follow along and land somewhere else, but sometimes they just crash and land in the same place. It just feels so uncontrollable and the planes that are going to crash are not pointed out, so you just have to guess which ones are in danger. There is a good amount of potential here and £...
Its basically a clone of the airport management games where you have to guide planes so they dont crash. This is the exact same thing, but in VR. The game is simple and intuitive enough, the graphics are simple but very eye pleasing, performance was excellent. There are a bunch of different airports with different layouts that change during gameplay, like some runways turn off and others start working. Sadly there isnt a campaign mode of sorts, so just highscore of how many planes you can land before crashing 10 times is the current only game mode. I got the game at a steep discount and i liked it, there are still some things to polish, but for the price it think i got a good deal.
I don't know what is going on with the other reviews. The VR interface for this is terrible. The play area is on the floor and moving around is janky. Pressing buttons on the interface is a puzzle of its own. The "tutorial" is a weird video. It's really a sketch of a game. Something you bang together to try out an idea before committing to making a whole game.
Tried to like this, its an original idea Far to little control over far too many planes the strip is on the floor so vary awkward to get to, my vr hands are so out of place nothing feels natural I've been through the tutorial twice its not very good Overall frustrating save your £2 for sweeties
An interesting game for VR helmet owners. The gameplay is fascinating and addictive. Reminds me of a board game to a certain point, where you have to react and distribute the traffic. It is influenced by factors like the climate, that can complicate situation. The graphics though sketchy but very enjoyable, the muted colors relax and tune in the appropriate way. Like a critic, I note a little bit unresponsive control, the aircraft sometimes do not respond to commands
this game is actually fun but the planes keep exploding out of my reach womp womp
Immediate refund. No support for left-handers. That's unacceptable at a games release, and just offensive more than 2 years later.
Remember that plane game you use to play on the original Iphone? Well think of that but now in a 3D VR space. for the price of probably that game on the original Iphone you get that but is more grim. The radio could be more quiet and have some subtitles to it but all in all this is a very nice VR game! Very enjoyable!
Not bad, the graphics are nice and i had fun playing it
