It's a shorter game, yes. But the world need more short games! For a very affordable price, you get this unique blend of the small-town winter mystery of Fargo, and a young misfit protagonist interacting with an alien like a dark ET, or maybe even Stranger Things? The game had cool vibes, and a great soundtrack! You can really feel the personal aspect, with the lead dev describing that many of the characters and interactions were lifted straight from their own small town experiences. It makes the world feel real, and live-in, even when only getting a small peak into the world. Set aside a couple hours one evening, dim the lights, pop in some headphones, and get lost in The Prince of Landis!

A game with an interesting plot, i thought it was a bit too short. The story could have been expanded, there is a lot of potential. Still liked it! Would play it again.

It's great so far! I really like the art style in the game, and the story line can be relateable sometimes to some of us who grew up being bullied. It also had alternative methods of getting items! If you didn't like one way, there was always another! Sweet and short, the world needs more smaller games.

What a treat! Fair price for the short content but my life feels richer having played through the story. Get it if it interests you.

Loved it! Short and to the point story-telling with light puzzle elements. Multiple ways to solve puzzles which played out with different consequences, which my girlfriend and i found clever ( and shocking sometimes!!!!) Loved the art, it fit the tone perfectly and the developer created a nice little immersive world. If you like story driven indie games, it's a great buy!

A great game from a master of the Flash era. Short & sweet, with a rewards system that keeps you clicking (especially for those of us familiar with the Alice is Dead series). The ever-reliable Hyptosis once again delivers a dark story in a beautifully-rendered world, while the music & sound design support the desolate, claustrophobic atmosphere of this small town. The accessibility is spot-on. Even given the limited inputs required, the game still allows you to configure your controls on keyboard & also supports mouse-only play.

Great narrative. The writing is both refreshing and brutal, perfectly reflecting on the realities of the time that this story is set in. The characters are definitely well thought-out. Short and sweet and easily completed in an afternoon.

I'm a fan of Hyptosis' art and his games on Newgrounds, so I was looking forward to play this game. It didn't disappoint me, it was a charming little game, I liked the ending and that there were two possible ones
, I feel kinda bad for Louise though
.
