No. Just no. Do NOT pull the trigger on Hexagon World. It's pretty feature-free. The only controls are to 1) add land; 2) add water; 3) make a set of hexes desert; 4) make a set of hexes snow. That's it. Nothing else. If you play this for 5 minutes, you've done everything you're ever going to do with it. Two menus (house and bomb) aren't even implemented. No way to change the speed. No way to change the sound volume. No way to scroll the map -- you can only zoom in and out on the center point. The cool airplanes? Just dots on the screen; you can't even see what they're doing unless it's happening near the screen center. Switching from flat earth to globe view often results in just a black screen. I knew within seven minutes I'd made a mistake buying this, but let it run for 35 extra minutes so I could write this review. Even earliest version of Gallimulator (which is excellent and still being developed) had wayyyyyy more features than this thing. I paid $0.99 for Hexagon World and ...

About This Game
In this game you can feel like God and peacefully observe how civilization grows, wars go on and the landscape changes, BUT.
You can domineeringly control the weather and various elements, at your discretion, in order to ruin the life of cities or, perhaps, improve it. You can catch freezing temperatures on hot countries, or, on the contrary, flood the whole world and cover it with grass and mountains again, so that cities will revive from the ashes, which you can also arrange for them by stumbling into volcanoes. In general, only you know how you will deal with the power that is given to you in Hexagon World.

NO WAY!! A good premise but done very very very poorly! I wouldn't even get it on sale
game shows promise but in its current state i wouldn't recommend it, at its price of 10 dollars i would not purchase it if more was added and it was polished a bit more then my review will change
You can only change temperature nothing more option in the "game" (except of bombing) there is no menu or game setting or anything else the terraforming in the video is a lie you cant do that. and cant turn off the fkin music. i spend 0,8 euro but it is also a waste for a nothing. most similar to a wallpaper not a game but you cant set it.
This game shows promise but currently has minimal play-ability. It would be best suited as a manual world builder where the user can design their own worlds on the hex-based map. However, the game randomly generates a map and there are only functions to destroy, add ocean, or add desert land types. I really want to like this game and I would very much enjoy it as a map-making tool but, until that time comes... I cannot in good faith give it a thumbs-up. Perhaps the designers can put a little more work into this an improve it, if that ever occurs then I can possibly change my mind.
A simple, hexagonal chillout background with several possibilities. "+" in support.
