It's a narrative-driven horror mystery where you are transported from scene to scene and you must find the highlighted objects through gaze-based navigation. Once you do, you will open the area to the next scene. Each highlighted objects mostly has text tidbits relating to your predicament and background to the location or story. There are some audio tidbits in here as well. Most of the scenes are static and in black and white (although they are in color towards the end). These are 360 stereoscopic photos. Unfortunately, the scales are off for these scenes. There isn't much gameplay as you're simply looking around for highlighted objects to gaze into them so you can open up the next area. You do NOT use motion controllers at all. There is no locomotion and you must physically turn around (no smooth or snap turning). The game...
