Won't make this long, the game has been out a while now but honestly it's one of the best movie tie in games ever made. Captures the tone atmosphere of the original movie perfectly. I won't say i'd buy that for a dollar (many will) but right now it's pretty dam cheap as the sequel has been issued so i would absolutely recommend this game

I thought about giving up the game several times while I was playing. It's well made, at least it was well made while it was in beta, which I participated in. In the beta, some textures on objects were missing, animation was broken, etc., but the game worked much more stable than it does now, after about two years of updates. After almost every mission, when loading a new location, the game crashed with an error or froze completely so that I had to reboot the PC. This is very strange, given that I don't have the worst PC and I understand all the problems of Unreal Engine, since I am a developer on Unreal Engine. But why do I need PSOs every time I enter the game if they don't help and are not cached properly. Also, the problem with the EMP attack, it also makes you watch a slideshow every time after use. These are probably the only downsides of this game. Otherwise, it turned out to be very good. The graphics are nice, walking around the locations is fun (despite the fact that the ch...

Repetitious, surface level fan service that isn't much better than Aliens: Colonial Marines. The only saving grace here is bringing back the utter gem that is Peter Weller.

This is a very solid game and one of the best entries to the Robocop universe out there. It's not anything groundbreaking for video games, but it doesn't need to be since it has so much care for the IP compared to so much other modern media nowadays. It's that loyalty to the original source material that I think makes this game so special. I wouldnt consider myself a robocop fan by any means, but even I can feel the amount of passion and love the developers put into this game. Its silly writing, it's great gun play, its progression systems, its creative world design, it's enjoyable side stories, all of this and so much more does wonders to elevate the world robocop is in and it results in a very compelling first person shooter cop game that I think will impress robocop fans and newcomers alike. And that's why I recommend RoboCop: Rogue City. 7.8/10

Good game ruined by bad optimization. My gpu is reaching 80-90 degree heat even on low settings. I also capped my fps to 60, i even tried undervolting my gpu still doesnt lower the heat. I have played many demanding games but my gpu doesnt cross 80. I hope they really take these thing seriously and fix it. Dont know about others but i am not going to play a game which is making my pc an OVAN !! I am allowing the comments, if anyone have some solutions to plz share it !!
🧐 My Opinion 🧐
At the very first, I was afraid I’d get bored : RoboCop is slow, clunky, overpowered – which is perfectly faithful to the movies, but not exactly fun to play. Luckily, once you clear the first mission, the game opens up: the police station hub, and then a fairly large district to explore, side missions, some freedom of approach. That’s when the atmosphere kicked in, and I found myself embracing the whole “walking fridge with a gun” experience. Still, the problem of RoboCop’s overwhelming power never fully goes away. I usually play FPS on the 3rd out of 4 difficulties, so I started there. After two hours I bumped it up to the hardest setting, but it still felt like “normal” difficulty in other shooters. Only the ending made me sweat a little – and that was mostly because I hadn’t picked the best ability to auto-repair my armor. Yet… it was fun. There’s something oddly satisfying about mowing down gangs of colorful scum – bikers, ...

Somehow it gives me the vibe of Vampire: The Masquerade - and that’s a GOOD vibe! I’ve been playing video games for over 30 years, and lately it’s been harder and harder to find something truly interesting. If you’re going through gaming procrastination and most modern titles feel like unoriginal products stuffed with agendas, quotas, and check-box features - then this game should be right up your alley. It’s made the good old way

This game was clearly made for fans of the original movies. Its aesthetics and visual style replicate them thoroughly. The action feels more like a rail shooter, though, since the character moves very slowly and most combat takes place in narrow corridors. Shooting itself is quite enjoyable—the guns feel distinct—but with the upgrade system for the main weapon, I doubt many players bother using the guns dropped by enemies. The default weapon always outshines them at any point in the game. The “open world” gameplay on the streets of Motor City is also questionable. It seems intended as a breather from all the shooting, but instead it feels unnatural and underwhelming due to the sluggish movement speed. The streets look lifeless—not in the atmospheric, post-apocalyptic sense, but in a bland way, as if they’re just blocks of buildings with NPCs you can’t meaningfully interact with beyond mission-related dialogue. The only nice touch is the stray cats wandering around (*tho...

"I'd Buy That For a Dollar!" First off, the game feels somewhat "dated" (not a complain, just something you should be aware of). Easy to recommend to fans of Robocop and/or old shooters, otherwise you might want to skip this one. Also, I would suggest you get it on sale. "Stay out of trouble!"
