About
Experience Crossbell in this exciting chapter from the renowned The Legend of Heroes series! The site of an ongoing territorial struggle between the Erebonian Empire and the Republic of Calvard, Crossbell has developed into a prosperous city-state and one of the continent’s leading economic centers.
After three years away from his hometown, Lloyd Bannings returns in order to follow his late brother's footsteps and join the Crossbell Police Department. However, when he arrives, he finds he's been assigned to the Special Support Section, a new division that handles odd jobs and minor requests. He meets his new teammates, which include Elie MacDowell, the granddaughter of the city's mayor; Randy Orlando, a womanizing ex-soldier; and Tio Plato, a young tech genius.
Though their department is mocked by the media and looked down on by the rest of the CPD, Lloyd and his friends continue to fight to make their city a better place. As they do, however, they slowly come face-to-face with the criminal corruption gripping their city. Little do they know just how deep the shadows of Crossbell City go...

User Reviews
The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero is another solid title in this long-running series. As a first game for a new story arc, the game does a great job of introducing us to a new cast of characters as well as re-introducing a few very important characters from the previous games who actually have a significant impact to the story of this game. Presentation is slightly improved from the previous games despite having the same graphic style of previous titles. Although the new fixed camera system can be quite frustrating at times, it does offer a few cinematic scenes throughout the game which really brings the game's art to another level. Music is also another high point for this game, featuring quite a few memorable tracks that really fit well with the each setting in the game. Lastly, the story, though, not offering the same dramatic highs as the 3rd, does a pretty good job at slowly building up the conflict and even resolving some loose ends from the Sky series. My only criticism ...
Solid 8/10 Pretty slow paced for the 1st half, but setting the foundation for characters and setting really elevate the later story and further into Azure. New combat gimmicks are nice, but non-boss enemies will almost never pose a threat (outside of monster chests) because of it.
I will never give positive rating to any game that forces me to play Pom Pom Party!
It was Crossbell's longest day.... It's peak.......
9/10
Slow start but great game! Can't wait to play Azure.
One of the greatest games in the Kiseki series. A tight knit cast of fun and interesting characters that grow and worm their way into your heart. I loved my time with this game, especially the final chapter. Everything comes together in a satisfying way.
oh my god i love this series
I feel like this game good enough to be introduction to the series, and there's no such cliffhanger as first game 😅 But I still would recommend starting from the start Overall I really like this game, love SSS!
