About This Game

It is a flight simulation game which is based on the theme of the World War 1 and is one of those which has really depicted a realistic flight war gameplay. You have 6 different planes in the game which are the ones that were famous in those times.
The planes have been modelled perfectly and have been given a lot of details.
You have both instant playing mode and the campaign mode for doing a wide variety of missions.
Coming to the planes again, the inner dynamics have been made with a good number of details which allow you to check the speed, the height of the aircraft, the targets, situational awareness and many other on board options which you can easily use and implement in the gameplay.
So you can easily say the user interface in the gameplay is very good and interactive. The flight dynamics are realistic and really pose a challenge to the gamer.
The graphics have been given a lot of details and the exploration value is simply better than most of the simulations. The A1 is you can say top notch and the controls are perfectly calibrated to the flight control.

Save your money. Click on the game launch icon to be brought to a DOSBOX with zero instruction on what typed commands are required to actually launch the game. I don't think I have ever seen such a disgraceful attitude towards customers. Spend your money elsewhere.

Tough to recommend in its current state. Game requires some serious tweeking and a good knowledge of DOSBox to even get it to launch as this release is currently broken. The game itself is good, but it's expensive considering I had to do all of the setting it up to run on Windows myself. Also, it's a complicated simulation game, please include a PDF of the manual. This is a excellent example of how NOT to rerelease a DOS game.

Thank you steam for bringing the old game and nostalgia back! However you get a thumb down, because the state of released game even today is far below the standards. This is a windows 95+dos+dosbox edition as far as I guess. Actual review: Flying corps brings smile to your face and videos work! This game has this down to earth/realistic feeling, that Red Baron nor even modern Rise of Flight lack, but Digital Combat Simulator has it. This edition seems to have original installation files intact, that's great. It may work in a windows 95 (virtual) machine. However there are drawbacks. Dosbox is not configured to run the game automatically, files are in a slight disorder and you have to follow the instructions of a concerned and friendly user to make this all work. Windows 95 files seems to require a CD instead of being cracked. This is not how you release a dos game in 2020s. Anyway very much thank you for it and please consider this somehow negative review a constructive criticism.
