Pretty good salut to Wii Tanks! Sessions might feel short or difficult (depending on which difficulty you pick) at first but later on it gets more and more fun since you start to get used to it. That made me miss Blur, i wish there is a new version of it too.. Anyways, game is good, recommended.

This review is more-or-less to balance out the entirely positive reviews thus far. Does this play as advertised? Yes. As long as you have 3-4 people to play with. Will this game scratch that 'Wii Play - Tanks!' itch? Not really. This game is versus-only and the bots are a joke. Further Comments: The bots are extremely easy and predictable. The upgrade system is cool but the process of gathering enough coins is anything but (you essentially have to ignore the opponents in order to save up enough coins to upgrade). And if you play with real players, you usually don't get enough coins to upgrade much. Even if all of the above was fixed, the game simply lacks content. Not enough maps. Not enough abilities. Not enough things to do. Game play loop is too repetitive. IMO... If the devs could add more content, I think that'd be a good start. Maybe even implement some type of single player challenge mode for more gameplay variety. In its current state, most people wi...
Playing the game with its intuitive and responsive controls feels really nice. It feels great to move the tank around, have a dash, and shoot ricocheting bullets, surely reminding me of wii tanks. The movement in this game is a lot more fluid and fast. The sound effects are definitely a high note in this game, where when you make any action, whether it being a bullet bouncing off the wall or even confirming a new player on the selection screen, the sounds fit the occasion. The art style is visually pleasing. Though there may be a slight touch-up for the colors in some places, the overall aesthetic works and its simplistic art style is very fun. I only tried the single player setting, where the bots seemed a bit too easy for my liking, but I can see this game being a ton of fun with a group of friends, so I will need to play the multiplayer version when I get the chance. Great!
Amazingly fun, simple game! Great to relax with or without friends. The controls feel great and it has a really nostalgic feel. Buy it for you and then buy it again for your best friend and then buy it one more time for your favorite grandma! You will all love it!
Super fun game. Controls are simple. Really fun to play with friends. The upgrade system is fun and adds new ways to play each time. Kind of reminds me of the old school Scorched Earth game from when I was a kid. Totally recommend picking this up.
This game is super fun. Right out the gate my favorite element of the game is that the bots scale well based on which difficulty you choose. Easy bots are easy and hard bots are actually hard. In that sense it has an old school regular Nintendo game feel to it where you don't get the impression like they made the game so you win no matter what, you actually need to get better to win. The levels are interesting and diverse, the power ups are fun, and visually the design is light and playful. The controls and UI is really intuitive and you can basically just start playing immediately which is a nice change of pace in the gaming world. Lastly, this game is just fun. 30 minutes flew by playing this game because the pacing, levels, and gameplay keep you completely immersed in the best possible way.
Really enjoyable game - simple but fun! So far I've only played against bots, but I can imagine it being really fun to play with a bunch of friends.
Really cute multiplayer game! Simple but polished, and reminds me a bit of the deathmatches from bomberman. AI does a good job of providing a challenge. Excited to try out some more powerup combinations!
Cool game, easy to pickup but tons of fun! Many maps to renew the experience, upgrades to purchase and the addition of AI enemies is awesome. I can't wait to play more with friends!
Snappy controls, polished game play, interesting & diverse power-ups, plus a developer who will be open to your feedback. What more could you ask for? Playing this game game me a good hit of nostalgia for those old Nintendo games I remember playing on the Wii and my OG Iphone.
