"Mystery Solitaire. Powerful Alchemist" is a basic mobile-app like solitaire puzzle game. Solve various puzzle levels using Klondike style card moving and matching. It's been done a million times before, for free, and free on mobile app stores too... yet this one has a hefty price tag on it. Who knew you can just charge $5 for mobile trash? I guess Creobit does. The "developer", Creobit/8Floor, has copy + pasted this game an insane SEVENTY TWO TIMES onto Steam with minor reskins... why cash in on one asset if you can cash in on multiple copies of the same game? My recommendation comes with a major caveat: I found this game when I was searching for something with a very niche, very specific vibe. Remember all those early 2000's solitaire games with corny graphics and ridiculous theming that had nothing to do with solitaire? This is those, right down to the horrible resolution and complete lack of Steam achievements despite having an in-game achievement system. There is only one type of solitaire presented here: golf, specifically, albeit with a bunch of varying, complex layouts. However, the exact arrangement of cards within the layout is random, meaning that restarting the level will result in a different game, making levels infinitely replayable. There is an undo button and various other powerups, though you have to grind in-game currency to use them. Beautiful designs but a very frustrating game and very difficult too. I would not recommend the game to any-one. So I play 1 game a day in order not to get to frustrated, because one could sit for a long time to get that perfect score in 1 out of 10 games. You know it is to bad that the game was made this way simply because it has some unique designs. The problem is there is not enough cards piled out in some games and this is where you run out and spend lots of money in order to win and so you run out of money when trying to win.
