From Earth To Heaven

Yeah its a relaxing game, but its a terrible one. Barely know where i'm going, jumps barely make it to platforms or even function when i tap the space bar to actually jump. One level wasn't even finish when i got to it, just utterly terrible. Don't buy this game.

The controls are a bit floaty and the backgrounds are needlessly bright white. That being said, I do enjoy voice acting and the less bright environments. There seems to be a lot of care taken on the level design. At the price, this is not bad. https://youtu.be/uCYppi0lG6U

From Earth to Heaven is a bland and at times frustrating and disorienting first-person platformer. There's only one powerup that let's you do one jump in midair. Sometimes it's not clear where you're supposed to be going and the very excessive bloom doesn't help. The bloom sometimes makes the jump powerups invisible. Obstacles only show up near the end and are extremely easy to avoid, I mean did the dev even try? And I swear one of the levels is unbeatable. Did I mention that the mouse sensitivity is tried to frame-rate? Or that vsync option is dependent on the graphics preset? Or that there's no rebindable keys? Only buy if you want easy achievements. You only have to start the first sub-level in every level once, which you can do in a couple of minutes.

The art is pretty which makes it somewhat calming but there were multiple times that I glitched and the controls broke a few times which made it not relaxing to play. The only thing you do is jump really so it should be really simple but somehow the controls felt wonky to me and inconsistent. I don't mind games with little instructions sometimes but this one just became frustrating.

A variety of levels and locations give a sense of freedom and joy. The game is great for speedrunners (those who like to compete on the speed of the game). Also, the gameplay of the game is suitable for bloggers who can use the gameplay as a background video for their narrative

I was pleasantly surprised by the user-friendly controls

This game has so much god damn bloom it could cause snow blindness.

From Earth to Heaven is an intermediate plat-former. The controls handle well for a 7$ game, but they introduce new movement mechanics almost every level you are learning something new. The game has a nostalgic feel of going threw time. I just wish it had a save feature, but once you get thru one part you pretty much have mastered the mechanic. I would give this game a 9/10 being well worth the money.

The game is excellent, it will relax in the evening after a hard day, I liked the graphics.
