While I can have some respite knowing that the developer is more-or-less aware of this game's flaws, it doesn't save the fact that the game has little going for it save the artwork. It's largest flaw is its unfinished story, which should be one of the primary aspects for an adventure game that has nothing but walking around, fetch quests, and character dialogue. Consider the following facts as referenced by the developer's own Reddit post when they advertised this game: - This is the developer's first game. - They did not start writing the story until already midway through developing the game. - They took this game as a way to learn about game development and experiment with a bunch of features. - They developed this when they were about 18-19 y/o, taking less than a year to make on their own. Good art, good music and boring story. There was potential but the writing flopped

There's a whole thesis I could write about how this game breaks the implied covenant between author and reader and, through ill intent or (more likely) incompetence, repeatedly misdirects you until you get a story that ends up delivering a super irresponsible message, but this game isn't worth it. What you should know is that while the moment-to-moment experience of the game can be fine, the writing is ultra-super-mega dogass and it hides behind a reddit wholesome chungo 100 veneer to get you to stop thinking about it. Please just play OneShot, Undertale/deltarune, or any of the other phenomenal similar games on steam.
