The fact that you can build all this technologically wonderful stuff but can't build a door until late game tells you all you need to know.

I've put thousands of hours into building games/colony sims and I thought this looked interesting, visually it's striking, with interesting designs and extensive building and customization mechanics. But this is an Early Access game and while it appears to have potential it looks as though it still has a long way to go. Astro Colony has some interesting ideas and some unusual limitations. As an example, you can attach thrusters to your base and travel all over, which is a great idea, but you can't rotate, you can't turn. It seems artificial and dissonant, you have all this advanced tech to build this base and attach thrusters to it but you can't rotate it ? And trying to do any kind of precise movement, like dock with a planet, is extremely difficult because you have to click on an individual thruster to open a control panel to steer, but when you open the control panel you can't see where you're going. And it appears to be an empty universe with very little to explore. "Planets" ar...

Very fresh and different type of automation game. I love the idea of collecting new planets for new resources. It is quite softcore in many aspects as you can store and carry infinite number of items everywhere so you don't have to properly automate pretty much anything if you do not want to. Multiplayer is a bit crashy when you progress in the game, but will be surely fixed in future updates. Some resources aren't used for much anything right now.

5/5 this game is awesome. Found it from the YT channel Let's Game It Out and decided to give it a try, ended up playing in sandbox with a save that had probably over 12 auto asteroid capturer... thingies.. and one REALLY slow but infinite line of items.
