A Curse From Beyond

Was lying in bed in the dark of night thinking about this game after I beat it... left me spooked.

The story of this game is super compelling, and it made me not want to stop playing. The use of colors and the creepy animations/interactions are both very exciting and super unsettling! I really like this take on the text based genre, it's not like anything I've played before. Definitely would recommend!

This developer killed it when it comes to making a fun and interesting text-based horror game. It rewards as much time as you put into it, and it is seriously ten times more interesting than half the games I played in the same genre. Check it out if you enjoy a great core game loop, incredible atmosphere, and an engaging story!

Really fun for a text-based game which is not my normal game. I felt freaked out in my gut about certain moment. Really impressive work from a solo-developer. Worth it.

I dug the story and it does a pretty good job of grabbing your interest it's a bit short and the plot seems pretty familiar, but it's not frustrating to play through as a text based game(which is nice) and there's multiple endings. You can see the effort the creator put into the game and it's definitely a good solid first game.

Short and charming game, i would complain about the speed of the text but i think the slow reveal of whats happening is essential for the atmosphere the game is looking for. Honestly the game is worth its cost.
