[b]wordland[/b] is a great word game/crossword/tetris hybrid. there are various shapes with letters on a grid and they have to be arranged to form all the words described on the bottom. no diagonals, only left to right or downward, but they don't all have to be connected to each other. in fact, the game accepts layouts that wouldn't fly in a real crossword (e.g. 'sir' horizontally, 'pure' above it vertically, so it's technically 'purei' but it's fine here). [b]150 levels[/b] unlocked one by one (50 of them were added after release), the [b]3 difficulty levels[/b] control the amount of revealed letters (more on easy, only the first letter on normal, none on hard). there's no indication of any of this in the game, and what will drive achievement people up the wall is playing on hard doesn't unlock easy and normal achievements, so 3 full playthroughs for them, while the rest of us can enjoy playing however we please. This is a good word game. You are given some tetris-like pieces with letters on them. The task is to move them around so that they form words, with no excess letters. Beginning is easy but later levels can be tricky. The backgrounds are nice. They are random for each level or you can select one you like. The music is minimal and easy to push in the background in your head as you tackle the puzzles. I highly recommend this game for fans of word games.

For a zen-like presentation this game certainly teeters on frustration. Not so much in game concept, but in the tedious origami-like game mechanic. Just too much clicking, dragging, and rotating, piece by piece by piece. I wasn't feelin it.

First things first: This game is beautiful! Besides the great graphics and effects, the gameplay is pretty smart, you have to complement your effort dig the related word from your brain, with the thinking over the piece joining puzzle and the letters available analysis. It's seems difficult, but it all came into place perfectly. It's really a great experience, like my brain's neurons are playing Twister hahaha

This playful word puzzler has a better vocabulary than most and no misspellings, which actually makes the puzzles solvable if you know English really well. It scales up the difficulty, but remains manageable throughout with a little thought and patience.

Beautiful and simple game with super easy mechanics (move and rotate pieces) to build the words that answer the clues. 100 levels on easy, normal and hard difficulty. Very relaxing and easy depending on how good your vocabulary is. Game has beautiful backgrounds on every level with button to change it but they're all amazing. Devs should definitely consider adding a DLC of just the backgrounds!
