Incredible potential, never updated or maintained. There is a good, albeit buggy game here. Not worth the asking price in it's current state. Worth a look at a 50 percent discount. Could have been an incredible and unique game. O well.

Fun premise but WAY too much unrewarding slow paced exploration. My favorite mechanics was how water tried to interact with the terraforming in a volume/capacity fashion.

The concept of restoring a desert to life sounds great, but this is not the game that achieves that greatness. It was apparently abandoned by the publisher on launch, and whilst it has a broad variety of gameplay - it offers no real depth. Curating a garden becomes a chore, rather than a delight, and you find yourself abandoning most plants to rot on the vine.

At first the game felt a bit dull and boring, but the more I explored and the more I did, I got hooked and don't want to stop playing. I had fun and enjoyed playing this game. Love creating and making the gardens how I want. Only things I don't like was how hard it was to find some plant types. Such as Wild glowsticks only had 1 location of 2 plants, I spent days real time trying to find them same with some others. Also annoying how much time it takes to water plants every day and the water flow and mechanics are really janky. The text goes by so very slow and there is no way to speed it up if you are a fast reader.

It scratches an itch I didnt know I had, beautiful game and incredible mechanics for a cozy building experience

One of my favorite things about this game is the ability to customize the difficulty. Change the length of nighttime, toggle weather hazards on or off, and so on. I do wish that there were more plant species, after a while. I wanted to cover the whole desert in gardens even after completing the story, and I wished for a greater variety of what I could grow. I would love to see an expansion to this game, or perhaps a Wildmender 2!
