About This Game

Highrise Mogul is a tycoon game about building and managing your own skyscraper. Start from nothing and begin by placing flooring, generating walls, placing doors, rooms, decorations, services, power grids and more! Manage your high-rise by hiring staff, managing your finances, starting PR campaigns and instituting policies that your tenants must follow. Be the most ruthless micromanaging landlord or just enjoy being an architect, the choice is yours.

Design your floorplan. Create the most beautiful garden. Try to cram as many people as possible into a single floor or offer your tenants an idyllic place to live with all the services and space they need. Add in details like vending machines, decorations or trash cans. Choose to build studio apartments, offices, luxury lofts or enticing businesses to lure in visitors. Maybe even give your staff members a lounge or two! Highrise Mogul let's you create and build the skyscraper of your dreams.

As the owner of your own highrise there are dozens of things to manage. Choose and implement policies to encourage higher income tenants, discourage littering or support sustainable consumption. Hire and fire staff members from janitors to maintenance workers. Start public relations campaigns to bring in more visitors and higher value tenants. Look through your balance sheet, your tenant count growth and other countless statistics to figure out new things to tweak. Choose to buy electricity from the city grid or produce your own. Take and pay back loans. Highrise Mogul has you fully in control of every aspect of your building!

Highrise Mogul simulates each person living, working or visiting your skyscraper. Witness hundreds of individual AI tenants, office workers, staff members or visiting shoppers going about their business, spending money and making decisions. Each person is different with names, ages, their personal income, and appearance. Keep your tenants and visitors happy and they will keep your bank account in the green!

Built a tiny cute tower filled with theaters and shops in the middle of the forest. The visitors were very rude and littered all over the place but other than that it was pretty cozy. Game seems like a nice relaxing time from what I've played so far. Though the tutorial is a bit lacking and it took me a while to figure out everything. Looks like a lot of content to go through with all the researches available. Graphics are simple and cute and fit the game well. Overall a great time!

I am excited to see where this game goes, but currently its nearly empty and one sided. Currently in its state its basically a sandbox builder with a few things to place. The game has no depth at all and zero real purpose other then to place things and avoid fires. Ill be keeping my eye out for updates, but in its current state, its boring. UPDATE : Almost 2 Months later and ZERO updates. Looking like a dead game. UPDATE UPDATE : DEAD ASS GAME.

I believe this game was made by a solo developer doing this as a side project, so I was ready for some imperfections. I really wanted to like it though, so I gave it a fair shot. Unfortunately I can't recommend it in its current state. The first issues I ran into were just unpolished UI/UX things: - clunky UI - unintuitive controls and building loop - very poor staff management with little feedback - missing hotkey to delete rooms/objects making it very tedious to do renovations - no hints as to why you can't delete floors (for example, an electrical wire will block deletion, but it is hidden in a different layer) - trash piles up very quickly if you don't spam garbage cans everywhere These were annoying, but again it's a solo developer in their spare time, so I worked around the tedium. Similarly it would be very nice to have some sort of blueprint mechanism as there is a lot of repetition between floors, but I wasn't going to leave a bad review over that. The next thing I ran int...

Currently a bug with people movement. No replies from dev to numerous email and messages. Pretty much unplayable at the moment.

Seems to be abandoned by the dev. No update for months to fix the game breaking bugs (people getting stuck around taxi poles, firefighters not putting out fires etc). Would not recommend until the dev actually start working on it again. There's an enjoyable game behind the bugs, but it looks like the bugs are there to stay which makes it incredibly frustrating to play, if not unplayable. I'm requesting a refund as I feel genuinely scammed.

For an early access title, the game has quite a lot of content already! There are a few bugs, but nothing actually gamebreaking or anything. This is basically 3D SimTower. Excited to see what comes in the future!

I think the tutorial could use some work because I needed to check out a let's play to figure out how to play the game. Once you do figure it out, it's quite a lot of fun so no regrets about buying it.

I'd recommend the game. It's a simple build your tower the way you want kinda game. Graphics are good for the game, simple but it matches the feel. Game play itself is fairly easy to pick up, just a little figuring out what works and what doesn't for the increase and decrease of either offices or residential as well as the businesses you install. My only complaints at this time are that there's kind of a problem with keeping employees happy. I've got a bunch of businesses and breakrooms, however, janitors leave pretty much every other day and I have to rehire them en masse when i notice that floors are crazy trashed. I only wish that on that account, either people would use the trash cans more or that there were a way to easily see what employees are missing out on to be able to keep them around. One other area that I wish were more user friendly is that when placing rooms, you have to have a hallway for them to connect to which seems simple enough but I almost feel like being able...

PRO: It's chilly game about building skyscrapers I like idea of this game CONS: I like the idea of this game, but it's a bit boring. There's no much to do. The game doesn't have almost any challenges, so you are only building the skyscrapers and only challenge are fires, but usually they are so small so you don't even have to worry about them. The building possibilities aren't very advanced too so it's not possible to build more complex things like diagonal walls or to make constructions on pillars. I think that would be great if you had to take care about more things to make everyone happy - not only provide electricity but also water, internet (maybe) and so on. RESULT I played it for 3 hours and during this time I managed to unlock almost all of possible rooms. At this point there's no sense to play further unless there will be more content or more challenging game mode. But I'm sure that I will play more. It's fun and as I mentioned earlier chilly game

PRO The game is fun for building skyscrapers CONS The controls are a bit weird The build system is not fun, you have to place hallways for everything When building it doesn't keep your last used object, e.g. placing a window, it's a bit frustrating If there's a fire there's no way to put it out, even after hiring 100 firefighters There isn't much customization, you can build a few of the preset things and that's it You have to control power, but that's it, no heating, water, gas internet? CONCLUSION Needs some more work, requested a refund, might give it a try if there are more updates
