About This Game

Ryan’s friends have been kidnapped by the evil Dark Titan, Robo Combo, and Packrat – and you are the only hero who can rescue them! Set out on a quest packed with slime, spaceship-flying bosses, and Ryan’s Surprise Eggs. Collect Sun Coins and Surprise Eggs to unlock new shop items and customize your character with fun alien hats, gamer gear, and much more. Use your platforming skills and special moves to save the day.

You can’t beat these bad guys alone, so it’s a good thing hilarious Ryan’s World characters have got your back. Use Gill’s Barrels, Moe's Spaceship, Peck’s Slime, and more to stun and defeat enemies. You can even ride on a giant Shelldon! You’ll find them all as you explore the amazing worlds of Toys, Pirates, Space, and Prehistoric, where Ryan’s friends are waiting for you to rescue them.

So, choose which hero to be – Ryan, Combo Panda, Alpha Lexa, or Gus the Gummy Gator – and jump into Ryan’s World. Invite a friend or grown-up to play with you in local two-player mode. And try exciting games like Spaceship Flight and The Floor is Lava. Can you defeat Dark Titan and his fiendish allies?

User Reviews
I have done many stupid things in my life, and purchasing Ryan's Rescue Squad has to be one of them. I expected something to make fun of, but got a bland and unenjoyable platformer instead. I have only finished the first world in the game, and there might be more gameplay changes in other worlds, but the first levels did not give off a good first impression. The gameplay is overall barebones and very boring. I understand that this game was meant for young children, but there is very little to do other than jump on moving platforms and punch enemies. Speaking of punching, the punch animation takes a full second just for the wind up poses, making the attacks feel very sluggish and unresponsive. The graphics look like they came from a mobile game with low quality models and textures. Don't get it, there are much better platformers for better prices out there. The $40 price tag is seriously rediculous. (edit): Forgot to mention that this game has no options besides sound, music, and lan...
walk, jump, collect coin 10/10
Game is really cool. But game play time is really small.. The game price is really unfair with the game play time.. Gams is not worth for the price.
I don't think I can ever play video games again because every video game will seem terrible in comparison to ryans rescue squad
Played and beat this game with my then 4-yr old boy! Him and I both really enjoyed it and it was our first tag-team perfect game together! Simple, fun, easy to learn & play - as the parent if you play as the main controller the camera follows you, and that give you the ability to skip certain sections that may be harder by playing as your character and advancing the map slightly - the second player will then teleport to you; this eliminates stress for the parent by helping skipping over harder sections. Review: Nominated for the Steam Awards Nomination Committee 2023
This is definitely a game targeted towards very young gamers. Regardless, it is still an impressive platformer despite the lack of difficulty. I had a lot of fun.
