Graphics are neat, but gameplay is kinda shallow.
They had all the ingredients to make something amazing, but it never comes together the way it should. Every race feels the same, there's no items or other mechanics outside of just drifting long enough you get boosts. So, avoid hitting the walls, win the race, and repeat. This game is polished and looks great, but it never does anything special. No one in the game is interesting enough, the world is left completely unexplored, and it's clear these devs put their sweat and souls into this game but it never blossoms into anything, and it's kinda sad honestly. You may like it if it's on a deep discount but if you want a really good indie arcade racer you gotta try BallisticNG.
It's good, but it could be more. It's a fun enough racing game with a really nice art style to it. Difficulty curve is a bit sporadic at points in the story mode, which dampens the experience a bit. Honestly I'd only say to get this if you see it on sale and you've already sunk yourself deep in the racing game mire. As for me, I mostly had a good time and I think what is here is still good. It just falls a bit short of being great.
Fun little racing game. Amazing soundtrack, smooth and optimized gameplay, simple yet tight controls, and very colorful visuals. Characters are all unique and have a different personality to them. Only downside to this game is the lack of online option. However, Remote-play or Parsec can remedy that for now.

What if a Kart racing game didn't have items. You'd get Victory Heat Rally. And that is a good thing, it is entirely built around perfecting your drifts and turns and going as fast as you can. Pretty dang fun tbh. Everything that goes wrong is completely onon you. Refreshing take on the Genre
