Easy and fun take into hanzi and perfect integration of VR. Would like to see if a stroke order tutorial was added for beginners to not introduce a bad habit of stroking in the wrong direction or performing too many strokes.
Played during playtest, and immediately purchased on the release day, very great game to experience in VR, you also get to learn how to write like a badass Chinese school teacher.
Nice little experience, has good brush physics. Features are a bit basic overall -- it could be great with some enhancements, like more in-depth educational/learning aspect, brushstroke sounds + animations, more music. Maybe your brush running dry and having to dip it back in the ink for immersion. Or maybe ability to import images so you can have reference in free mode. But those are just ideas if this game were to be expanded upon. It is nice for what it is, a simple but solid tool to do some relaxing VR calligraphy. Something I would buy add-on content for if it were to be made.
