I couldn't enjoy it. It's mostly a keyhunt in a too open map. You can find notes who give you tips where to find those but it was everytime pretty much useless and I just wandered around and checked everything so often because I couldn't find those damn keys. Also at some point enemies appear in the map. Those are simply super annoying and too many. Without all this nonsense, the game would be like 15 minutes long.

Poor. Not scary, and takes less than 30 minutes to get through the whole thing. The story is silly, poorly told, and the text logs you pick up have lots of grammar and spelling mistakes to boot. It's all very straightforward. You're in a shopping mall after dark, you go about finding notes that have been inexplicably left to guide you to the next keycard. You collect those cards, open up more areas, and repeat. It occasionally mixes things up by swapping out the keycards for 4-digit keycodes. That's the height of their innovation. Then for some reason you end up in a dungeon (below the shopping centre!) and you continue to explore and avoid the axe-wielding mannequins. But it still doesn't get any better. Avoid.

I really enjoyed this game. It wasn't super scary but had a good horror atmosphere throughout it. The story was also pretty good as well. It was still rough in a few spots and I think it could benefit from a note or something at the beginning that lets you know the controls like crouch, interact, and tasks. Overall for the price I would recommend this game. If you want to see some game play you can check out my video below. https://youtu.be/3A1RJ9lK48k

As one of the first testers of Whispers of the Dark, I'd have to say that's at least worth the money to play it. The story and writing is a bit dull, but the fear is not too bad. The ending is quite abrupt however.

The game is way to dark especially when you get into the dungeon I couldn't see a thing, I was also walking around for about 20 minutes trying to find a key but the trouble was the building was that big I couldn't find my way around I ended up dying in the dungeon just because I couldn't see. The price was cheap so i'm not bothered to much I made a video for people to check out. https://youtu.be/n1nW50ojSSo

The author was definitely trying to scare me, well, he did it. The game turned out to be quite original, but with some technical flaws. It's too dark and a lame flashlight that doesn't shine a damn thing.
